Cache Valley Century
The Routes
CENTURY - this route is just
over 100 miles and passes through the Idaho
towns of Preston and Dayton before heading
south back into Utah to tour the southern end
of Cache Valley. There are five rest stops on
this route. Riders can choose to stop in Nibley
for lunch or wait until the end of the ride in Richmond.
METRIC CENTURY - This route is just over
60 miles and follows the century route through Idaho
and back into Utah, but after the second rest stop this
route heads back to Richmond for lunch. There are three rest stops
on this route.
40 MILES This route is just under 40 miles.
It follows the century route into Preston but then makes
a easy loop back to Richmond. There are three rest stops on
this route. Lunch is at the finish in Richmond.
For the CENTURY option, riders have their choice of lunch in either Nibley or Richmond. METRIC CENTURY and 40 MILE riders will have lunch in Richmond. Both lunch venues will serve lunch between 11:30 and 3:30. (Please note that we do not order additional food for guests. In order to ensure enough food for all registered riders, all those dining must be fully-paid registered riders.)
The ride has an open start beginning at 8:00 a.m. We suggest being on the road between 8 and 8:30 a.m. to beat the heat and ensure rest stops and lunch are available. All routes close at 4:00 p.m.
